It is strangely comforting to be home in Virginia, with the smell of manure wafting in the breeze and cows making random moo-ing sounds in the night. I can see all the stars, and it’s a pity I don’t know their names (except for the Big Dipper, and everyone knows what that looks like). The restaurants close at 9, and a car goes by every 20 minutes or so. It’s eerily calm, and I laugh...

Friday - Work at internship, teach flute lessons, pack for trip to VA.
Saturday - Play at morning Christmas concert, drive two hours to parent’s home in VA with Brandon, eat belated Thanksgiving dinner, see Quantum of Solace, collapse into bed.
Sunday - Wake early, drive back to...
